Players |
|
1. Any player on the ballot who receives at
least 75% of the votes will be elected into the CBL Hall of Fame. |
|
2. To be eligible a player has to be retired
from MLB and have not appeared in a CBL game in past three seasons. |
|
3. Any player who receives zero votes on their
intitial ballot will be removed from any and all future ballots. |
|
4. A player can be on the ballot for a maximum
of five years. After his 5th
unsuccesful ballot, he will be removed from any and all future ballots. |
|
Voters |
|
1. Voters may vote for as many players as they
wish. |
|
2. If the voter feels as if no player should
be elected from the current years ballot, they must submit an email to the
Statitician to say as such. |
|
If
nothing is submitted, their non-vote will not count against any player on the
ballot. |
|
